"At first, I thought that I was getting a good deal and that I was receiving appropriate customer service. I had explained before the policy began that the vehicle that I currently had I would only have for a couple more weeks because I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle, and I was explained that that would not penalize me, and that all of my discounts would rollover. When I got the different vehicle put on and the old one dropped I was quoted a certain amount, but all of a sudden when I got my bill, it was higher than I was told. When I called to find out what happened they told me that I was penalized for dropping a safe driver discount on the previous vehicle that I had already explained. It wasn’t even gonna be on my insurance but for a couple of weeks. I tried to talk to them about coming up with a resolution and they were Unwilling to go back to the quote that I was originally given. I would definitely say that I felt deceived. I Don’t recommend doing business with anyone who’s not going to tell you the truth upfront."
